What does this mean?
It means that I am a Psychotherapist and Hypnotherapist, registered with the General Hypnotherapy Register and the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council. The largest Professional Registers of Hypnotherapists in the UK : www.general-hypnotherapy-register.com
I am also registered with the NHS: My NHS Provider Number is : 8GF 85
The possession of such number means that Doctors have the right to employ the services of Complementary Therapists, as long as it is authorised by relevant Primary Care Group/Trust.
I was born in France, where I did my schooling right up to University. I trained as a Psychotherapist and soon developed a passion for hypnosis. I then moved to England as I wanted to continue studying NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), Ericksonian Hypnosis and EFT ( Emotional Freedom Techniques) in their original language.
I have a private practice in the South Coast of England, near Brighton. I also work from a private clinic in Provence, near Avignon, in the South of France.
Having 3 children in their teens and twenties, I have a lot of experience in dealing with exam nerves, including driving test anxiety. I also see many clients who regularly go through hell or would rather avoid at all cost a situation that puts them in the spotlight or threatens them in anyway.
Many people think it is part of their making, something they have to live with. I want to spread the message that general anxiety, with all its disabling symptoms, physical and emotional, right up to full blown panic attacks, is avoidable …you do not have to live with it any longer !
If you have any queries, comments or worries about the programme, you can contact me here. My aim is to help you pass your driving test by allowing you to be in control of your nerves. Only then can you give your best and show off your skills and knowledge that you have acquired during your training. Nerves rob you of these resources, don't let them!
This is your chance to do something about it!
You can buy my 'Driving Test Fears' package today with total confidence as it comes with my total guarantee!
If after honestly trying my solution as instructed to help combat your driving test nerves you do not pass your test on the day due to your nerves and fears, then I will refund your money back... Most people have amazing results when using my solution and pass first time. Or they see such a massive improvement in their demeanor, but simply fail on a small fault rather than nerves, because of that they are happy to try again. If at any stage you wish to request a refund, simply go to my refunds page and this will be processed quickly.

One thing life has taught me is that we can do so much more than we think we can.
I passed my black belt in karate at age 40 ! that was a real achievement for me. I did not have the flexibility of younger students, nor the height (I am just 5' !)
But I learnt to develop my own capacities.
I learnt that kicking above the head was not possible for me. so I perfected my techniques at waist and knee level, which are less showy but much more efficient!
I then went on to get my black belt in Tai-Chi Chuan Kong-fu and Ladies Self Defence System.
You see, your capabilities always exceed your limitations, but if you focus on the negative only you will never give yourself the chance to show your abilities and skills.
You need to learn to control your emotions or they will control you.
Martial Arts require total concentration. In karate, when you have to break a brick with your hand, you do not think of the top of the brick, you visualise your hand coming through the other side...
Same when you plan your driving test, let your brain know what you want.... make it as if it has already happened.
Billie Jean King rarely double faulted under pressure in a tennis match: "I never permit myself to think for even a moment about the possibility of a double-fault".
Be aware of the thoughts that you let in your mind... Recognise them and get rid of the ones that are strangling your confidence.
Remember what Henry Ford once said...
"Whether you think you can or whether you think you can't, you're probably right!"
